How to order
To place your order simply select products, sizes and quantities from the online Catalogue.
For New Starters, select ‘Starter Pack’ which comprises 5 polo shirts, 2 sweatshirts, 1 jacket, 2 trousers and 1 belt. Alternatively and for any other requirements, please select the individual products.
If you would like products delivered packed and labelled ready to hand out to the staff member, enter the name or reference for the member of staff in the ‘Wearer/Ref’ field. If the ‘Wearer/Ref’ field is not completed, products will be delivered bulk packed for you to sort.

Delivery Time and Shipping
We aim to deliver your goods a maximum of 3 weeks starting 1 day after the day of order.
We will notify you of the delivery date once the order is in process.
Please note, disruptions to our target timescales could be caused by: Public Holidays, extreme weather, stock shortages. You will be notified of any disruptions.
Shipping is by next working day courier – before 4pm. Shipping is free on all orders above £200. Shipping cost (per address) is added automatically at checkout on orders up to £200.

Payment Terms
If you have a Credit Account set up with us, payment terms are strictly 30 calendar days after date of Invoice. Orders placed pending Credit Account approval will be Invoiced pro-forma with payment due before the order is processed.
Online Payments via credit card and PayPal are also available at checkout.
All Product remains the property of Bild Workwear Ltd until paid for in full.
Any refunds will be processed the working day after returns have been received and inspected.

Measuring and Sizing
The garments available are all labeled with UK sizes and come up ‘as standard’.
Please use the size guide in the first instance to gather requirements from staff members. If using a tape measure, please use this instruction guide.
If you require a set of sizes for trying on, please contact us. We will send you a range of sizes that will ensure you order the correct sizes.
We can be on-hand when you are carrying out your measuring session to help you accurately collate your order.
